So I somehow managed to strip the threads when putting a bolt back that hold the oil filter cover on.
I think the threads f*¥ked out when I took the bolt out.
Now the problem is that said threads we're in the engine casing and there isn't a whole lot of wiggle room to tap new threads.
So my question is this. Which are better, helicoils or solid sleeve inserts?
