Good morning
I wonder if you can help me. My husband passed away in February, he bought his GS from Shaun, in April I contacted Shaun to see if he can sell the bike. He sold the bike without coming to me with offers or me signing any document, he did not have my id and yet he did a change of ownership without my permission or signature. And the best part is he hasn’t paid me for the bike, keeps saying his waiting for the bank and when i phoned the Finance people they say the never did a bike with our surname, i then saw all the documents and delivery note was for another bike with different engine number. Please could you tell me what to do, i am women alone and he took advantage of the fact that my husband died, the estate can’t be finalised because the asset or the money must be accounted for.
