How to aproach BMW Motorad - See feedback

I recently sent my 1200GSA for its 10K service. This week-end for the first time after the service we took a ride to Nelspruit. After about 220km of riding I almost lost my Bike and maybe my life. The back shock started leaking oil wich in turn messed oil on the back tyre(I need not explain more). How do I aproach BMW Motorad regarding the repair to the back shock ?
