Import KTM Rally Jacket

I know this is an old debate: import or buy from SA stealers. But I've imported a KTM Rally Jacket (with some other KTM parts) with landing costs of just over R2500. Local price at KTM is R3,789.00. Thats a almost a R1300 saving. WTF!
