In a bind in nelspruit.... HELP

Hi Dogs,

I am on a long distance trip north and planned to stop over briefly in Nelspruit to do some maintenance before heading over to MOZ.
Well after spending the week waiting for parts from Suzuki they inform me today that only some have arrived, and there is a two week back order on the other items!!!!
I don't really want to spend 2 weeks here so I am desperate to see if anyone can help.
Parts i ordered which didn't arrive...

one rear wheel bearing (not sure why they only sent one)

• • a Set of spockets
  • one fork dust seal
  Is anyone heading this way who might be able to bring the parts from Joburg/pretoria??
