In search of the correct HELMET!!!!

I am thinking of getting myself a new helmet and was hoping you guys could help me. Which helmet has the best wind protection and at what price. It other words, which one is the less noisy?

I am basically looking for an averaged priced helmet with good wind protection and it must be relatively comfortable.

Can anyone share their experiences with me?
