issue with licencing my bike - please help

I bought a honda from someone in the eastern cape a while ago and then registered it on my name
It had a valid licence disc with some time left over on it so I took some time to get the roadworthy done in order to get the updated licence disc (it was also during lockdown)
when i finally took it for the Roadworthy test it passed but the roadworthy centre was unable to load the certificate on the traffic system so they only gave me the hard copy
I was then fucked around by the traffic department to different departments and offices and no one seems to know what's going on.
i even tried the roadworthy at a different testing station with no cigar

so anyone had a similar experience or know of someone that can assist me
