I know there have been a few threads discussing lane splitting but I just want to check it anyone knows where you stand from an insurance point of view.
I was taken out in the traffic this week by an idiot who tried to change lanes while I was along side him. The bike went down and slid into a second car.
My bike is not insured, can I expect the other parties insurance companies to come after me for their damage because I was "lane splitting" or is it the guy who caused the accidents problem?
