LED flickers problem, need some advice please

Hi All

I've changed my KTM690 flickers from globes to LED's, also changed the flaser unit with a universal LED flasher unit, but the LED's aren't working and the flicker light on the dash just comes on if the flicker handle switch is switched to on. What could be the problem???
