Need advice on bike price

My brother-in-law intents selling his KLR 250 (no happy button!). It is a 2004 model (red) with 22000km on the clock, full service history (at Yamaha) and fully road legal, registration papers and license up to date. He used the KLR for commuting to work and back. Bike is in a really good condition but tyres will need replacement soon.

What sort of price can he expect?
