Hi All,
I have bought a road bike for my girlfriend a while back and she is getting along good.
It is a Bigboy 125, it looks like the CBR 125 but just more plastic than anything else.
Now the thing is that she is to short for the bike :eek7:
She is about 1.5m tall (or should I say short) and barely touches the ground with her toes...
I have tried everything to lower the bike, set the suspension on the lowest setting, she even tried getting bigger boots but still no joy..
Then it struck me, how about compressing the spring to be just about 2-5 cm shorter...
Would that be possible?
Where do I do it?
Any idea on cost?
I am not to worried about the handling of the bike, as she will most likely only be riding 5-10km MAX per day and I will pull the front suspension through the triple clamps a bit to make it shorter in the front. There is also allot of space between the wheel and top frames, so not to worried about lowering it
