For 6 months I had been drooling over adventure bikes on WD and gumtree. The bikes never suited my budget. two months ago I spotted a sun weathered accident damaged KLR on Gumtree for R14000.
It was in Gauteng so Edgy suggested I ask Groenie to have a look at it for me. He couldnt make it and the seller was getting cold feet. I decided to secure the bike and with alot of trust deposited the money into his account without seeing the bike. The seller assured me that the only problems with the bike were cosmetic. It had done 40 000km.
