Police clearance for a person

I need to find out where I can get a police clearance for a person and fast. A friend of mines son has been invited to play cricket in England. As part of the deal he has to do some coaching for kids as well. For this he needs a police clearance that states that he has no previous criminal record. He needs this asap. He is in Cape Town. The police has given him forms to fill in and send to Pretoria. This will take 6-8 weeks. He is supposed to fly this coming weekend.

Anybody with contacts. Please he needs help fast. I am sure there will be someone able to help.
