Rain Suits

Now I know that this topic has been covered before, I am however in the market for a rain suit and I'm hoping that some of the wild dogs may have bought a good value for money rain suit recently and will be able to point me in the right direction.  I'm in Cape Town and surrounds so I'm looking for something in my area. 

My experience has been with all my rain suits thus far that they tend to leak in the nether regions.  So I'd prefer that my next suit was altogether waterproof and particularly so in that area.

Can anybody make any recommendations and/or point me in the right direction?
