Suzuki XF650 Freewind
I have a condition on my 650 Freewind (basicly a DR650 with twin carbs and two sparkplugs). Just had the valves done, put everything together, and bike is running sweet. Just one problem, the exhaust starts getting red hot,and even that it was quite cool tonite, and I litterly let her Idle for 3 min,and as I rode around the block,I checked the exhaust and it was glowing!
I turned around, and came straight home with a sad heart.
Does anyone have a clue why this will happen?
Three things changed:
1.obviously the valves are good now.
2.I had to cut the exhaust to get it off because one exhuast bolt stripped, and I took the barrel off.I tried to weld it,but stopped when I started making more holes than welds, and took it to speedy and they welded it properly
3.I put twin spark plugs in,its the same numbers as the one I took out,but it has a extra letter at the end, probally to indicate that its a twin.

Any one experiance this before or have suggestions, before I buy new spark plugs or a exhaust!?
