Road conditions in Namibia ??? heading up on the 14th May

Hi all I am heading up to Namibia on Saturday and planning to ride the D212 from Vioolsdrif to Sendelsdrif - C13 to Aus - D707 loop - C27 to Sesriem - C19 to Solitaire - C14 to Walvis Bay -C34 to Hentjies Bay - D1918 to Spitzkuppe - D1930 to Uis- into and around the Brandberg .
If anyone has any current information on any of the above roads and their condition I would greatly appreciate the information .
Read today that the Fish River Canyon is closed due to flood conditions .
