Ok, I know I am guilty, and I sometimes speed. So I won't try and defend myself. What I want to talk about, is rather:
In the beginning of the year, I think in May, I got 4 traffic fines, all in 1 week. When I investigated the matter, I realised that they were hiding behind a bush, in Midrand, in the back streets which are not very busy. I try to avoid the N1, so I take some of these back roads.
But what really freaked me, was that they were sitting at the same spot for a week, and I did not see them. And then I got 4 fines in the post .... all in 1 week. That's a little unfair I think. I was over the speed limit, but I'm talking about doing 78 in a 60 zone.
What are your thoughts about this ? My stepdad tells me that they are, first of all, not allowed to hide like this. So what is a man to do ?
