Uncollected and unpaid vehicles .

So I have a vehicle that owes me in excess of R25k in repair bills , plus lots of storage fees . Owner has disappeared , no contact with him since December , wattsapp messages not opened , telephone goes straight to voicemail , his Facebook account has been dormant since December .
Vehicle is scrapped and I have no way of ascertaining if the owner is even alive .
So what are my legal options ?
