Value? 1200GSA

A mate is looking at buying a 1200 GS Adventure from some family member. It's a 1200 GS Adventure,  about 27000 km on the clock, think a 2006 or 2007 model. Looks in good knick, unfortunately it is a Code 3 from the first owner apparently flipping it and damaging the shaft. All repairs done by BMW with paperwork to show.

What is the bike worth? They looking at R80-85k...
