I need a bit of help, if anybody has an idea, I would appreciate that.
My best mates son has been here for 6 months, the visa expires 10.02. Then he wanted to do a tour with his parents, part of it on bikes which they hired already. The family arrives end of Feb up to 15.03. They did not do their homework properly, now home affairs would not extend his visa. The rule, as he was told, is that he has to return to his home country to apply for a new one. The old trick of going one day to Botswana and then come back for another three months does not seem to work any more.
Any clever ideas/suggestions?
