Wat is the best Helmet

I would like to get myself a better helmet.
I like the touring type(the one with the kappie)
There are so many to choose from so I would like any ideas from the experienced okes.

Only thing is than I am worried that the touring one will bother me with the wind.And way does it have a kappie any way???
