I'm planning to do a trip from Langebaan to Groenrivier and back on 29-31 August. The plan is to leave Langebaan, go to Piketberg mountain, to avoid the tar to Elandsbaai. From Elandsbaai to Lambertsbaai, Strandfontein, Lutzville, Koekenaap and back to the coast, all the way along the coast to Groenrivier. First sleepover will be along the coast between Koekenaap and Groenrivier. Distance more or less 350 km.
Second day, leave for Groenrivier, Garies, Kotzesrus and back to Strandfontein. Watch the game on TV and sleep over.
Third day, back to Langebaan/Cape Town along the Sandveld, places like Graafwater, Leopoldville, Pikenierskloof.
We are a few bikes and my bakkie. Wife wants to ride on bike and in bakkie ??? There is place for more wifes. :3some:
The whole idea is to have a laid back ride along the coast on a road not taken every day.
