Hi Guys
I have recently purchased a 2nd hand Husky 501. The battery seems fine but as i dont know the history i always just change these out anyway. The manual suggests lithium iron. Would it be advisable to go with this or are there other options you chaps are using. The bike gets started and ridden only on weekends.
On that point, i was thinking of installing quick connects to the bike as it has no kickstand so if i was stranded i could simply connect my battery jump starter to the quick connect and off i go, has anyone done this exercise?
Many thanks
Jayson
