A question to those who know. I'm going to be riding up through Namibia middle of April 2010 and I want to know what gear to wear. Do I go for something lightweight or something like a BMW all season setup? I read plenty of ride reports and some peeps seem to be sweating their pods off and others mention the freezing cold.
Given that I live in the UK this takes a bit of planning and getting it right from the start will help. And I hate being cold but I don't mind the heat.
