Any comments on SLIME Tire Inflator

So I was out on the weekend in the centurion area and I came across something quite interesting. I have been keeping an eye out for a nice compressor and I have seen some threads on here about various compressors. But I saw a brand I had never heard of "SLIME". Has any one ever seen or heard of them. I was told the company was selling them for R600 which is quite a bit more than others I have seen but it is super compact and has a lot of different adapters.

Also seems big enough for car and bike tyres. Goes up to 300PSI supposedly (although looking it seems tire pressure gauage only goes up to 50 PSI. A bit weird.)  Anyone seen or used one before ?
