Thanks to Beemer Man for removing my CAT (Catalytic converter) from my 1200 GS Adv.
The bike is running like a dream now, lank smooth. Mid range talk is awesome.
I go through gears chop, chop.
It's not like you pull away and the bike goes *Neeeeaaaahhhhwww*... like its got a turbo... but more like a smooth controlled constant delivery of your bike's power.
I schmaak it, and would recommend it to anyone.
I can also confirm, my bike definately runs a bar or two cooler.
Gonna change my standard air filter now for a BMC air filter, when the bike goes in for its 10k service, see if that adds to the overall package.
Also considering the NGK Iridium spark plugs. What doe you guys think of the Iridium's. They're apparently now also cheaper than the standard Beemer plugs (or at least at Northside).
Northside also recon I should only change to fully synthetic oil at about 30 000 K's, and not now. Mmmm....Whatever they say.
