I have someone who wants to buy a bike. The bike wont make it through roadworthy as all the lights have been wripped off and it's dropping oil everywhere. The bike is on eNatis. Post offices said it must first be roadworthied before it can be sold on.

Buyer is happy to take on the responsibility to get it roadworthied at a later date.

How can I get change of ownership without having to do roadworthy? Is it impossible?
