Hi guys
Im toying with the idea of buying a new bike, an upgrade of sorts, the best place to ask questions is right here on the forum. Im hoping to find some kind of direction to head in. Currently I ride a kle500 and love it but the missus is spending alot more time on the rear and Im finding that I need more comfort, space and obviously power. I ride on dirt roads as much as possible but nothing to heavy. the most demanding ride would be something like sany pass, but very rarely.
1) The first and most important question for me is, Which is the better strom for us, the 650 or 1000? ie allrounder. (bearing in mind that I do enjoy some dirt).
2) When touring 2 up with kit the combined weight is about 180kg, which handles this best?
3) Ill be looking at used bikes with a budget of R50k, which will offer better value for money?
and any other input you might have is welcome.
