Spoke to my 2IC today.( Malibu.) Tells me that we need to have a relaxed Newbie ride for the Newbies. I am planning one shortly with the help of Mal--Still need to bend her arm--not going to be easy ???( have you seen those arms :

I am planning to lay a route out for her to take one lot and the other can go with me. A lot of the route will be common ground and some will be a bit more exciting for the rest of the group. We will break the group up in two to match the riders and meet somewhere for lunch. Any one interested---Let us know and we will set it up shortly. The group should be small as it will only be Newbies and Ladies.
