Hi all
Need some advice, I have one of my bikes standing at a bikeshop to be sold, already from July 2011. I have eventually found someone intersted in buying the bike. Yesterday I phoned to asked what to be done for me to get the bike back. Shop manager said they can not release the bike without the dealer principal, who will only be back the 29th as there is insurance issues regarding a accident I had on one of their demos in July.
Now the accident I had was on one of their demo's, the guy responsible for the accident had insurance and the shop has insurance.
1.In 5 months nobody ever mentioned any monies due to them regarding insurance claims. No lawers or anyone from the bike shop claiming that im liable.
2. The bike was left there for them to sell, not because of any sureties relating to the accident.

Doubt the cops will help in this situation, and bike is still financed.
