Been considering a"pillion" type bike and was looking at BMW Adv and Yammie S10.
Chatting to someone who has been with beemers all his life was saying how
expensive parts are when they need to be replaced.
His advice was to consider the Varadero. Or even the V-Strom.
My i thoughts were always, those are just "pretty bikes" that do gravel highways
when necessary. He has now got me wondering.
Who knows/ridden these bikes well and can recommend them ?
Questions I have are
1 reliability
2 parts availabilty and price
3 offroad capability
4 fuel consumption
I dont want to get rid of my KLR. If I were to get another 650, I feel 2 bikes of the same size
doesnt make sense.
I would like this bike to be used when going on longer distances
as well as when I have a pillion.
